Take a Moment For Yourself


If the day is becoming overly stressful staring at the monitor before you, here’s a great little tip for relaxation. Breath. It’s that simple, taking a moment to breath is one of the most important things you can do on a daily basis, as we are constantly not giving our brains the correct amount of oxygen. If you are lucky enough to be in an office by yourself, or have head phone head to, turn the volume down to 1/3 press play on the video below and take a minute to just breath.
